My intention was to get it shortened but decided to wear it in its original state one time before I altered it.
Admittedly, the skirt is a whole lot of drama but when else will I get the opportunity to wear a ballet skirt to a real ballet!??!

Don't tell anyone...but I was bored as HELL! I actually dozed off a few times. I literally even took the heel of one my shoes to STAB my toe to keep awake! I need some words or something. Oddly though, The Alvin Ailey Dance Troupe is coming to town next month and I want to give that a try. Atleast I can cross "going to a ballet" off my bucket list.

I am joining the Keep The Skirt Long campaign. It is absolutely beautiful. And if I can argue my case (and even if I can't...Imma say it anyway...lol), these long beautiful skirts are hard to come by. I know because I have been looking for one similar like...ummm...FOREVER! I know you will stick to your guns but at least I put my two cents in. I love how you styled it too! Great look!
