SIKE!

I thought the previous post would be the last post before I'm officially married but I figured I could sneak one more in.
5 more days.
I can't tell you how frustrating this whole process has been trying to accomodate everyone's needs and wants.
I've broken into tears almost every single day for the last three weeks.

And I never cry.

Unless I'm laughing at someone for wearing a jheri curl or fingerwaves...but that's usually tears of laughter.
I'm probably in tears as you read this post.
The people who I thought wouldn't be giving me the blues are the ones that are sparking the most tears from me.
People who I thought I could count on...flaked.
While others have gone above and beyond the call of duty.
Funny how that works.

But I'll be in Puerto Rico a week from today.
And that is what we are looking forward to more than anything else around these parts.
I believe this dress will make another appearance in Puerto Rico as well.

Dress c/o of Belle Curve Boutique
(The dress was longer but I didn't read the instructions & shrunk it. Because that's what I do.)
Vintage Belt/Sunglasses
Jessica Simpson Shoes
Trying the lipstick Ruby Woo by MAC...not loving it on me. But I'm a blogger...that's what we do right?
Try stuff. So I did.

             Wish Me Luck...and prayers.

P.S...When I cry...they are usually small, random intervals and are triggered by a person's insensitive actions, laying guilt trips,  unsolicited opinions or getting the run around when it comes to grand ideas but no money to support the execution of said grand idea.  In most cases, I just play the song  "Soul Sister" by Train and dance like no one's watching and all is better...instantly.

If that doesn't work, I play this song...
(please do not click the above song if you are reading this post from your work cubicle, from your IPHONE while at church or recently found Jesus...the song will lead you to the pits of hell...lol)

Oh, Reiko, I cannot bear the thought of you crying! You are such a joyful person, and I'm sorry you're feeling so overwhelmed and not supported by those you count on.

You look freaking fantastic in this dress and belt, and I know your wedding is going to be gorgeous and full of life just like you are :) Can't wait to see pictures from Puerto Rico (if you plan to post them!).

Big hug from Cali :) xoxo

First, who do I need to come beat up?! I'm sorry people are giving you a hard time leading up to your special day.

Nonetheless, you look fabulous in this dress!! Your hair melts my heart every time. The lipstick is cute on you, but I could so relate. That's how I feel any time I put I put on any makeup besides eyeliner and mascara, lol.

Reiko weddings and funerals bring out the worst in people I don't know why! It is very stressful! OMG I think my hubby was worse than me on our wedding day because one of his groomsmen was late! I had NO clue, didn't have a watch so I didn't know what time it was or anything! I later heard so much had gone on! My mama left her shoes at home and refused to borrow a pair from anyone! I knew none of this! Lol

I am loving the dress and laughing at your "cause this is waht I do" statement! Have fun in Puerto Rico! I am not a drinker but I had more drinks in PR than I've ever probably had in one five day period in my life:)

Enjoy your wonderful day! Hugs from GA!

I can definitely relate to what you are saying. Sometimes weddings bring out the worst in people. It will be an amazing day for you regardless of the flaky ones, the jealous ones and everything in between. Your dress is gorgeous and I love your hair! You make natural look very stunning...

But hopefully everything will be beautiful on d-date and in Puerto Rico and for the rest of your life with your hubby. Just bear in mind that things do not necessarily go as planed and be flexible. Reiko....girl, I will never ever understand brides that have "accommodate" everyone else on THEIR wedding day. As many weddings I've been in, I will never get it. Its your day or nothing. period! I pray that your wedding day is beautiful, flawless one for you. No one should feel like this leading up to a day that lot of women and men will never be able to experience. You are highly favored and don't you forget it! Now, if I need come down like Kiah said and whoop some butt, let me know. XOXO Jamie

Sorry to read about your stress. Don't allow others to make you mad, sad, and/or cry. YOU have the power to not let it happen! You look great in your pics, and can't wait until you post pics of your honey moon in that dress. ; )

First, you look so 70's chic. It's like you stepped out of a time machine. Love It! As a maid of honor for my sisters wedding, I can understand your pain. It's like weddings can either bring out the best or worst in people. My sister and I had a few battles, but in the end. It was all good.

Stay strong and just focused on that day and how you will be the center of attention. Your hubby too.

So that's why you've been M I A... I totally forgot about the big day coming up. Wishing you all the best... My thoughts: 1. Things that start off bad can only get better. 2. Crunch times are when people show you who they really are!

Congratulations wishing you all the happiness and blessings your heart can hold.

Aww girl, I'm so sorry that you have to be going through stress right before one of the happiest days of your life. Don't let anyone ruin it for you. I know how it feels for the people you counted on to disappear when you need them the most.

Your outfit is gorgeous. I recently shrunk a Maxi dress and changed it to a maxi skirt! haha.

Have a beautiful wedding and a great time in Puerto Rico.

Your comment on the songs had me cracking up!

And I've definitely heard that you find out who your real support system is when planning a wedding. Be encouraged doll. It'll be here before you know it!!! And have a beautiful time in P.R. with the hubby.

With Weddings always comes drama. It'll all be over soon and you will be able to focus on the day and moment of what's going on. Enjoy it! Love your hair and the dress.

Reiko, we've already talked about this, but I just wanted to add my last thoughts. It's YOUR day. Or rather you & the fiance's day. ;-) Unfortunately, people that love you often think about themselves at this special time. They get so wrapped up in the excitement that your feelings may be put on the back burner & it really shouldn't be like that. Ironic, huh? I understand where you're coming from. It happened to me when I got married & probably every other woman. You're not going to please everybody because doing that will leave you unhappy. I wish things were going better for you! Like you said, you'll be in Puerto Rico soon & there you can just focus on relaxing and not having a care in the world. Congratulations! :D

I love your dress, but please tell me what kind of bra do use when wearing strapless outfits, I need a good one, I have yet to find one that fits me at 38DD.
